Such a great hotel and staff!!! Thank you Hayden for taking such good care of my friend. She was on her way to see her dad's grave site and this was her last stop before heading home She called and told me that you were able to give her and her family an upgrade to a larger room. It really meant a lot to them. So thank you for you wonderful customer service!! It is greatly appreciated!!!

The service was great, rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a great hotel for a very good price! They were very accommodating and even gave us an upgrade of a room so that we could be connected to the other room with our family. We will definitely have to stay there again when we go through Pheonix

Fantastic stay!! Friendly staff, great accomodations, the property is nicely taken care of. Breakfast checked all the boxes. Pool area was clean. Workout facility met all expectations. The stay at the Hampton Inn Chandler made a getaway to the southeast just that much better.

The AC did not work. In Arizona. When the temperature was 100 degrees. "Best I can do is give you a box fan". Maintenance tried to tell me AC needs to be set at 75 degrees to work. I do not like to be treated like an idiot.

The hotel is beautiful and huge. The receptionist was very helpful and outgoing he gave us a pretty hefty discount and the breakfast was really tasty and was given a lot of choices. The pool is lovely and also has a whirlpool for the winter. The elevators are fast and really clean. The bed was soft and comfortable the sheets were clean and very soft. I would definitely stay here again
