Stayed for 3 nights and found every employee pleasant, professional, and friendly. A big shout out to Scott on the night desk. He did a fabulous job at check-in, and when he found out we were there for my father's funeral, he treated us with much compassion and caring. Overall, I have no complaints. The room was clean and well appointed, and breakfast was filling, hot, and with variety. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

There was a sign that said the hotel was under renovation. We didn't see construction, but we noticed things that needed reno. The beside lamp in our room didn't work and the sink drained slowly. We told the front desk about those things so maintenance could fix them. The internet was very slow. Internet TV kept pausing. Websites were slow to load on our laptops. Breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was clean Front desk staff were amazing HOWEVER I traveled from NC to AZ and stayed here. I booked through Priceline so I prepaid. On arrival I had to pay the $50/per night for âincidentalsâ and $75 pet deposit. No big deal. For my stay 9/12-9/14 I paid $180 to the hotel. I decided to extend two more days 9/14-9/16 so I had to pay another $100 for âincidentalsâ. I understand the $75 pet deposit is non refundable. I have a 20lb Frenchie is who fully trained. She had no accidents and caused no damage. We left the room in the same condition we found it even gathering up the trash and putting the towels in one location on the bathroom floor. There was no incident to warrant keeping my incidentals deposit. I called the hotel one time on 9/25. I was told my information would be given to the manager and I would get a call back. I did not. I called again one time on 9/26. I was asked to hold on. The call was not put on hold and I could hear someone in the background say âshe keeps callingâ then the call disconnected. I called one time today and was again told my information would be given to the manager and I would get a call back. Again, I did not. Now, I will reach out to corporate. Iâve been a Marriott Bon Voy member for a while and have never had this type of experience.

I stay in roughly 100 hotels a year, 1000 in the past ten. I am a Marriott Titatium member currently and have been for years. Also, I actually spent one night at the Courtyard--attached to the Fairfield--and two nights at Fairfield, although much of what I say is applicable to both. First of all, I have stayed in Fairfield "studios" before. The ones at this hotel are to the small end of the spectrum. Additionally, both hotels take out a $50 "incidentals" hold per night. Thus, when I discovered this a day into my stay I spoke to staff, and trying to point out what I felt was the bizarre nature of this practice, I said, "So you mean if I stayed here for a week there would be a $350 incidentals hold?" With a straight face staff responded, also as if they would be doing the world a favor, "Yes, but we cap it at $350." I could stay at a resort in Honolulu, or in fact ANY of the 1000 hotels I have stayed at, and not have $350 in incidental holds for ANY period of stay. It is off the scale and I sense the hotel does not even really grasp it. I will say that the customer service here has been very good, although in the end I received nothing I do not receive from any hotel I stay at, although the hotel did everything in a very pleasant and attentative manner.

Nicely maintained hotel that looks good, felt clean and service was good. I didn't make it down for breakfast so I can't help you there. A Courtyard hotel is connected to it. It's close to the freeway and easy to get to a large number of places to eat. Sorry I forgot to take photos of the inside of the hotel.
