Jerome, a historic ghost town, is only 16 miles from the hotel. The hotel is also near Blazing Saddles, a western community that offers horseback rides ranging from one hour to day trips. The hotel also offers many special packages, such as to Out of Africa Wildlife Park which is three miles from the hotel, or tickets on the Verde Canyon Railroad and horseback riding.
