on the hottest stretch of weather the hotel had no water or ice of any kind. No shower, no coffee in the morning. Not healthy. No laundry facilities...No water is no good. It's unacceptable. Poor at best. What else can I say? There was no water!!

Room clean except for the floor. No service the first three days. I requested clean towels and received them with no questions asked. Two days later again asked for towels and I had spilt some wine on the floor. Asked for it to be mopped and the entire floor was mopped. Again not questions asked. Not fancy but nice for the price. They need to supply a few chairs on their patio. That is the smoking area but also a nice place to set and enjoy the cool evenings.

Rocque, who works at this Motel 6, might even be the manager. needs to be fired! After making a reservation for the wrong hotel, she refused to help me and referred me to the booking site. I simply asked her for her name as I might need it if the booking site asked who I spoke to. She went round and round with me about why I didn't need her name. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back and she wouldn't pick up the phone! The booking site asked if I would like them to talk to the front desk for me and I told them I would. They put me on hold, and came back and told me the Rocque agreed to cancel my reservation (it was literally minutes after I made it), and I would get a confirmation e-mail. Well the confirmation e-mail stated that the hotel would not cancel my reservation after all and I could call and talk to them ( well this person hung up on me.). I called Motel 6 corporate to make sure I wasn't charged and they said my card was declined. Rocque who said she would cancel it, tried to charge me card. Thankfully I cancelled my card immediately after she hung up on me because I didn't trust her integrity. They (corporate) also suggested I call the site and talk to the manager about my experience. I called back and Rocque ( by the way, I got her name from the booking site) answered. I told her I'd like to talk to a manager about an experience I had. She said he wasn't in. I asked when he would be in and what his name was. She wouldn't give me his name and hung up on me again. I kept calling and she finally answered. As nice as I could, I asked for the manager's name and she said, "Rocky". I would bet there is no Rocky. She must be the manager. Motel 6 corporate I hope you see this. She is terrible! She needs to be let go...immediately. She does not need to be working in the service industry.

Greetings! His accommodations was nasty and he was ignorant and racist. I explained to the gentleman of the room smelling like smoke and insect spray and he told me I needed to be at a five-star hotel oppose to trying to accommodate me with a clean room. Then at that point he offered me a room which was within the same building and when I walked in the room had burnt holes in the bed sheets as well as bugs crawling and leaving out the room as well. He this gentleman just offered to give me my money back because he could not accommodate me with just a clean room I should never be subject to have my kids stay in anything like tha. as a travel agent and a customer and not being accommodated. I'm disgusted Ms Yvette Moore

Appauling, was advised to vacate room a day early, even though had paid for it and had an email confirming reservation. cleaner advised had to speak to hotel reception as my room card had been cancelled. Called hotel reception and was told i had to pay extra for an additonal day that I had already paid for, but now at an increased price. No sooner had I got off the phone with the hotel reception a person claiming to be the hotel manager banged on my door. I showed him the hotel reservation on my Mobile confirming clearly confirming my reservation. He agreed but told me I had to go down to hotel reception to confirm what he already knew. I went down to the hotel reception where i showed the receptionist the same reservation on my phone, he agreed the reservation had been paid for and reactivated my card. No apology; no care given. Went back up to room wondering why the manager could not have done that on my behalf rather than scoffing. When i went back to my hotel room he was screaming one of the cleaners and having a full argument that lasted for 15 - 20 minutes. Before that i had had the cleaners outside my room yelling and carrying on for over an hour. My roomates card was cancelled so went back down to have that card activated by the manager who was at reception, again no apology no care given. Abrupt in tone and competely indifferent, I then in turn went back to my room to find that my card had been deactivated again. I suspect intentionally. exluding one individual at reception I can truley describe this experience as appauling. Upon checkin there was rubbish all outside the grounds and entrance, persons smoking marijuana on the side of the doors, stench inside the halls. No cleaning, in corridors, moths everywhere. I knew when i checked in this place was not the ritz, but you expect a certain level of care without having to be checked out of your room a day early when you have brought a pet, which the hotel says is a pet friendly hotel. Overall the attitude of management was my ultimate grievence. I would completely not recommend. If you want budget there are plenty about without this level of hassle that would not check you out early. They knew my checkout date from the reservation and had access to a computer, but yet chose to cause me unnecessary inconvenience which it is hard to see as anything else but deliberate.
