Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy

Was staying for the weekend during a sports competition. The water pressure at the hotel dropped to an unusable level between 5am-9am and 7pm-1am. Hotel staff claimed it was due to everyone trying to use the the water at the same time, and effected just the top 2 floors. However, there were not that many of us, and were able to confirm with other hotel guests that water pressure was very low on all 4 floors including the first floor. The lack of water pressure prevented people from taking showers and practicing proper hygiene... very unpleasant.

Comfortable, roomy, clean, suite with every amenity---a nice surprise in a moderately priced hotel! King sized bed was very comfortable, there was a couch, hassock, seating alcove, desk with chair,dining bar with stools, frig, microwave, a coffee maker that worked (!!)---even a safe in the closet. More than we expected! And to top it off, evening and morning staff members were pleasant, welcoming and most accommodating. Julia, in the morning, was especially helpful. We would definitely stay there again, and have a new respect for Microtel---at least the suites!

Terrible!!! So I got harassed by an employee for sitting in my vehicle waiting until 3pm for checkin. Once I did enter the premises he comes to front desk while I’m checking in and mumbles something to me. We exchanged words and I let him know that’s not how you treat a guest, he snatches my papers from the front clerk and cancels my reservation. I would not recommend anyone to patronize a business that treats guests with such lack of respect.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We stayed there for a family vacation. We had no issues and recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway for our anniversary. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our getaway! We will definitely be visiting here again!
