Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Conway

I prefer holiday inn express which we stayed at the night before. However we decided to stay another night and the same Holiday Inn wanted to charge an additional $70 that night. They would not give us the prior nights rate of $98. So of course I came to trip advisor looking for a cheaper hotel. Fairfield had easy online booking through the app. Quick check in. Room was clean. Mini freezer needed defrosting but it wasn’t an issue. There were no vending machines but they have their “market”. A root beer was $3.88. Close to food places. Easy to find and get to. Breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. I like the longer breakfast hours - 6-10am. Checkout at 11. I do like you can sign in to your own Netflix on the tv. We had an accessible room (assigned - not requested) Doors were wide. Roll in shower. Bed was low. Phone in bathroom. Doorbell that could be turned off. It was a great stay!

We needed an overnight stay during our cross-country trip. Conway is a nice town, and we found this nice mid-range hotel. Staff was courteous. Room was a nice size and clean. The property was well kept. Breakfast was typical buffet style you'd expect, and everything was well stocked. Very good value for an overnight stay.

Stayed here for four nights. The hotel is near the freeway and behind a Wal-Mart. This is a nicely managed hotel that is clean and roomy. Check in was quick and easy. The staff at the hotel are very professional and helpful. The lobby and rooms were kept clean. Our room was a studio that had a small living room with a decent size TV and a separate bedroom with a small TV. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom and a combination tub/shower. We did not run out of hot water, but the water pressure was weak. The room was quiet. The breakfast was average and typical for this class of hotel. We would stay here again if visiting the area again.

This is a common layout for Fairfield. Got a nice upgrade to a suite. Two things that could be better. Larger TV’s, and a real shower where you don’t have to stand in a bathtub. Other than that all was perfect. I could live with the TV but the bathtub is a deal breaker. Still loyal to Marriot though so I’ll just move up to Courtyard.

What a great stay from reception to check out. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and emaculately clean rooms and common areas. The lady working the breakfast was really on top of things. Tables were all clean, good was kept fresh and stocked. She even wiped down the top of thy trash receptacles routinely. Definitely will stay here again when traveling from Oklahoma to Tennessee and back.
