The room was not clean and the bathroom smelled of sewage during our stay. The tub wouldn’t drain during showers. The most concerning part of our stay was the aggressive front desk staff who were incredibly rude when we were a bit late to check out well before noon. As reward members, we’ve never had any issues with having a little extra time in our rooms. We were in the process of finishing packing to leave when staff repeatedly knocked on our door demanding that we leave. They claimed we were rude to the staff and threatened to call the police if we weren’t out of the room in 5 minutes. Even if we were rude to the staff (which we weren’t), that response is disproportionate to the situation. While we understand the importance of timely checkouts, the handling of the situation was unnecessarily confrontational. We suggest you read the numerous other 1-star reviews where you’ll see that this behavior by hotel staff is not an isolated incident and stay away from this property!

The room was super dim - hard to see anything in the evening, but great for taking a midday nap and awesome during the night. The water in the bath took awhile to warm up, but it was HOT. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was pretty great, and the staff was super friendly the entire time. I’d definitely stay here again!

Please save yourself the time and money. The staff was not rude or unprofessional and that is its ONLY saving grace. As soon as we walked in there was visible black mold on the ceiling. We get to our room which was a double king suite, and the smell of mold and what smelled like dog pee was so overwhelming we immediately requested a new room. Which they quickly and kindly obliged. However the next room was as bad or worse. Everything seemed damp, one of the beads on the side had what appeared to be mildew on the bedding... one of the ACs shuts off every 3p seconds and the room got hot quick. There is mold in the cabinet next to the mini fridge, alone the bottoms of the bed frames, in the alcoves of the furniture and in the bathroom. Everything was dusty and dirty and smelled aweful. If I had the money to run anywhere else I would have done it. Myself and my kids were coughing, sneezing red itchy eyes and running nose, burning scratching throat withing 45 minutes of being there. I had a HORRRRRIIIBBLEEEE migraine. I can't recommend enough how much everyone needs to avoid this place. I paid 200 dollars and that was discounted for Military, to stay in a mold and mildew infested, smelly, hot, outdated room. Never again.

Room A/C was noisy, it was set at 60 degrees when we checked-in, did not keep room comfortable. The hallway was cooler than our room, it was set at 70 degrees. Cable box was faulty, difficult to keep TV on. Carpet on 3rd floor hallway needed stretching before someone tripped & hurt themselves. Breakfast was mediocre.

We stop on a very long road trip, it was at 9:30 pm and I was so tired. We got to our room. Bed: comfortable to sleep I slept very comfortably and quick. The only bad thing is the confusing remote and the on/off A of the lamp For me personally I like it
