Everybody is super nice at the Sheraton, but Lyn (frontdesk) is amazing. She will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. Especially enjoyed the Rendier sausage. In this hotel you will be very well taken care of!

Came in for a business trip/conference! The rooms are a bit old but the view gorgeous. Coming into the hotel stress and tiring but the front desk Lyn never missed to greet me at the door also Esteban. The check in process was easy and fast. The lounge is closed on the weekend

My room was excellent, Lyn at the front desk was very kind and sweet! Love the hospitality here, having someone remember my last name everytime I showed up to the front desk is very welcoming, thank you so much Lyn for making it feel like home here in Sheraton

Lyn from the front desk was exceptional & with a great customer service, very friendly. Check in went so smooth………. I would definitely suggest this hotel to my family. Great location & I would love to be back here during spring & summertime……..

Lyn at the front desk was very kind and professional! She was very informative and welcoming especially when I told her it was my first time coming to Anchorage. Can’t wait to be back! Lyn provided me a map of the area. I was able to explore some areas around the hotel. Thank you Lyn!!!!!
