Masters Inn Tuscaloosa

The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and it was a nice little place except the tv situation was kinda not good. But the price was decent.and would probably stay there again.there was a little noise outside but not too bad.All in all not bad

Roach infested and unsafe environment. Customer rolled up at midnight playing booming music til 1am!! Desk clerk said there’s nothing she can do because she didn’t feel safe to ask them to turn down the volume a d for ME to call the cops .. checking out at 1am bc we couldn’t sleep, turned on lights 2 roaches crawling around. Health dept needs to be called!!

Not sure how this hotel is getting such great reviews. The staff was excellent-everything else was not. It's not in a good part of town and both of the rooms I was in were infested with bugs. I did notice that it's the same couple of people who keep submitting the same high reviews every four days or so.

The customer service is great. Night shift was awesome and had me checked in quickly. I love the bed and smart TV. I enjoyed the colorful layout and the freshly paved parking lot. Will be back soon. May bring a guest with me but the solo experience gave me peace of mind.

Nice hotel, location, service, and staff. I love that it's very close to everything you need in the area. The business is clean, well-staffed, and all of the amenities are always in excellent working order. The rooms are quiet and peaceful.
