This was a very convenient stop for us on our way south. The hotel is located right near the freeway, and there were restaurants within an easy drive of the hotel. The hotel itself is a typical Hampton with a comfortable bed, a good night of sleep, and a typical Hampton breakfast. No complaints about this hotel at all. The staff, though, seemed a little bit distant both at check-in, and at checkout. Not a real issue, though.

Hotel was clean. Desk help needs some training. Their desk help had issues with many tasks are done on a regular basis. Hotel was just updated and looks good. It was a bit noisy till about 11 pm. Breakfast was a disaster most items were empty. They finely brought out the sausage and then waited 15 minutes for eggs. There should be no excuse, they knew how many guests were there.

We stayed at this hotel November of 2022 and it was great. Decided to book again since we had a great experience the first time. Booked my trip, called to request a rollaway bed (which I did in Nov 2022 also) and was told they would put the request in. We decided to extend our trip a day so I booked it and then called and again mentioned needing a rollaway for the extra day. Again told that was fine and they would put it in their notes. My son, my mom and I drove over 10 hours to visit family in the area and arrived around 10:30pm to check in. Went inside and was told I could not have a rollaway bed due to âsafety issuesâ. Excuse me!? Grace at the front desk then proceeded to call her manager about it and blamed it on her coworker Danielle for not explaining the policy to me. Her boss would not honor the rollaway request even though I called on two separate occasions and was never told anything. THEN her boss told her to âremind meâ that their maximum capacity is listed on their website AS IF IâM THE ONE WHO DID SOMETHING WRONG!!!!! I mean really!?! We had 3 people and their max was 4!!!! To tell me at 10:30 AT NIGHT that I canât have a bed for my son to sleep in is absolutely ridiculous. And to make people leave to find a different hotel that late at night too after a screw up from multiple of your staff! Absolutely deplorable!

Overnight stay here on our way back to Canada from Tennessee. Very clean, indoor pool, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and the pillows were awesome. Right across street from many restaurants and mall within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and friendly staff would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Dear Cat and staff, To quote Belinda Carlisle, âyou make heaven a place on Earth!â I was visiting with a large high school percussion group. Despite our large group the staff treated us like we were the only guests in the property. From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, everything was perfect. Our first day I mentioned my favorite coffee creamer and POOF! They had it! Cat, the food service manager, was fantastic! The gym is more than youâll need to keep yourself fit! The property is spotless! Look no further, fellow band chaperones, this is the property for you! Thank you!!!
