Luxury Inn And Suites

Weather was bad. We had snow drifts in our neighborhood 3 foot high so we called to cancel very early in the morning. The news advised only essential travel and to cancel any non-essential travel. The hotel kept our money, like $200 for nothing! Bad Business practice if you ask me. Taking money for services not rendered. We were even willing to stay the following Saturday, but they did not allow us to do that, just took our money.

Just an awful experience. Staff does not answer phone most of the time and is rude when they do (hang up if they don't agree with you). No manager available when you call and does not return emails or messages. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Anywhere else!

I am sorry to write this review as I have stayed at this hotel for years a few rimes a year. During this trip, I was extremely disappointed. This was my basic, go to clean hotel. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Staff was rude. Sais all they can do for the smoking is fine that guest. I asked TWICE, the staff just came into my room using a key, even though I said coming. I am sad to write this. It is truly a shame.

For under $100 this was a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, well-maintained, friendly, efficient. The hot tub and pool (with pool towels) are refreshing. The continental breakfast is enough to get you started. You have a refrigerator and microwave in your room if you want to visit the nearby grocery store for additional food (for me, it was ice cream!). Comfortable bed, hot shower, TV with a bunch of channels. Obviously a popular place as they had a pretty full parking lot on a Wednesday night. It's not a destination, it's a great place to stay while you enjoy all the wonderful things Summit County has to offer. We rode our tandem bike on the rec trails, enjoyed the local restaurants, witnessed the beautiful fall colors. Needless to say we'll be back!

First time staying here. Did a 4 night stay and feel the property is in much need of a complete renovation. A lot of things are not being updated or maintained that one expects/gets when staying at a brand name property. Our room for example, had mismatched, dated CF light fixtures. The carpet had a large seam that was opened up. The smoke detector was yellowed and plainly past the 10 year life span, with the battery tray pulled out and no battery. There was a section of baseboard missing. The exit door to the side parking lot had no working lighting. Floor tiles are missing in front of the exit door. Breakfast offerings are minimal. Positives were the housekeeping staff was keeping the room clean, and front desk staff pleasant. Have stayed next door at Quality Inn and it is an example of a more updated and maintained property. Close to slopes and restaurants. Hot tub and pool were clean.
