Sleep Inn & Suites Saraland

Stayed one night at Sleep Inn & Suites North Mobile. The hotel is very nice, clean, and recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is convenient, not far from downtown Mobile. Breakfast is served in a roomy café on the first floor—nothing special, just standard fare. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms that surpass the size of those in many other hotels I have visited. Each room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bed was both comfortable and clean, and the room was well-maintained. Conveniently located near several fast-food establishments, this hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay when traveling to Florida. However, the breakfast has a very limited menu. No eggs or bacon is provided. Most items like butter are store brand. Overall, decent hotel to stay.

The price was very reasonable and when entering the hotel it was very well lit and inviting. We stayed in room 422 and the room was absolutely great. The bed extremely comfortable and the pillows perfect. The bathroom was large, bright and clean. The only down fall was the breakfast selection was very slim. They only offered mini muffins, bread for toast, cereal, yogurt and, apples. They can get more creative with there breakfast.

We booked to stop while travelling through. We were attracted by the advertised photos of the pool, which is the current thumbnail on Priceline. Pool's closed. Fitness center is closed. They have shut down thier comlimentary breakfast too. Not even a grab-and-go. The other hotels in the area are offering full buffets. The truth is that they don't want to hire staff required to maintain these services. No lids for coffee, despite being a travel hotel. It is obvious this hotel is being run by a cheapskate owner. The hotel staff blamed corporate, but other franchises in the chain offer both services currently, so the local owner is being a cheapskate. Be warned. If you just want a bed for the night, our room suited that purpose. Bang average, but you'll sleep. But if you stay across the street. You will get far better value for money.

We were in the room no more tha 2 and a half hours, we took a shower and got in bed only to be distracted by being bitten, further inspection resulted in WE WERE BEING BITTEN BY “FLEAS”!!! We left in our night clothes and the owner refused to give us a refund!! Find another nice hotel unless you want to be bitten by fleas! TRULY A FLEA BAG HOTEL. From now on I’ll stick to brand chains!!!
