Hampton Inn & Suites Saraland Mobile

We needed a quick overnight stay. Nice, comfortable stay. Clean hotel. Friendliest staff I have ever met. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we experienced the best customer service. Would highly recommend staying here.

After driving for 12 hours in bad traffic we got to the hotel very tired. There was a couple in front of me and they had a room for 2 nights and only had the reservations for 1 night. That took at least 15 mins. New employee finally got ahold of her mgr and got it figured out. Everything was OK. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pillows where horrible and flat. Just grabbed a banana for breakfast and coffee so didn’t see the Breakfast buffet. The room didn’t have a coffee bag holder so it was not useable. I could have gotten one at the front desk but they had a nice buffet set up with everything we needed. We had dogs and the property was very well kept. Grass was nice, we had our own bags and the trash bends where not full. That is really an issue with some hotels. We walked dogs at 10:00pm and felt very safe, never an issue and over all a very nice experience.

Certain people are born to do what they do. The young lady at the front desk of this property is one of them. Thank you for your friendliness and sense of humor. You start the stay already prepared to forget any shortcomings that you may encounter. Not that we found any. Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay at this particular property whenever visiting the area.

We stayed here one night coming home from a baseball tournament. Very clean, very friendly, very good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed on the bottom floor in a king suite and it was huge!

Passed through for a single night. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The room was a bit worn, but it was sparkling clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard - nothing special, nothing bad. I would return because while this was a standard Hampton, the kind and friendly staff made it above the usual. They were just as friendly and polite when I left early in the morning as they were when I arrived late at night.
