The room was very large with all kitchen things included and plenty of cabinets. It was a nice and quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was quite adequate. Things that could see improvement....sofa in the room seemed a bit old and not clean. Water pressure was very weak in the shower and sinks.

Excellent property. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Shannon was incredible and went above and beyond to give great customer service. Rooms very very clean and breakfast was a perfect beginning to the day. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Wow what a horrible check in? Experience. I was told to do online check in which I did. They collected my payment, made physical keys and then proceeded to. Tell me check in starts at 3 and if I wanted my room earlier it would require full payment of the previous night. As a travel agent who has booked and used this chain in the past I have never received treatment like this. Also as a handicapped traveler who had literally driven overnight seven hours could you not make an accommodation to allow access to room? Why send out notice my room was available and ready early if you were only going to try and charge me a full night for early check in? So I reached out to Hilton corporate guest services who refused to give me a name to address my email to and offered no assistance at all. I will no longer recommend Hilton or book them for my clients based on this service. I want to make it clear the front desk people were very nice through out the interaction but the supervisors were completely unhelpful on both a local and corporate level.

We were there for a short two nights and in town for a wedding. We used points to book our stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy. We had two bottles of water in our room and some snacks. The room however, at best, was musty & did not feel entirely clean. A wet dog smell had settled in and frankly, it was gross. If you are a pet friendly hotel, you’ve gotta shampoo carpets regularly. We didn’t use housekeeping, we had no need. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are in the shower. Didn’t find the hairdryer. The bed was less than stellar…rock hard. If I were to stay in the area again, I would begrudgingly pick this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful!! They had a very good breakfast and the scenery was good. I was pleased with the staff being as attentive as they were! The rooms were large and comfortable!
