Excellent service especially during breakfast for our school field trip! Pro tip if you have a big group - reserve a conference room for meals for comfort and your own space. Very kind staff, would happily come here again next time we’re back in Alabama

My wife and I have been staying here 5 days a week for a month now for business. It has been an amazing experience and now feels like a second home. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Helen (manager) does an outstanding job of accommodating our request and goes out of her way to make sure we don't need anything. Ruby (breakfast staff) is delightful and every morning her continental breakfast will start your day in the best way possible.

This was a school trip with Juniors and Seniors and this was the best experience I have had with a hotel in all my years of traveling with a school. The accommodations were top-notch, everything was exactly as we had requested and the staff was excellent. They even sought us out during our stay to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Outstanding hotel experience!

Poor customer service. Needed help with pool gate to access hotel. Asked a guest to go to front desk to see if someone could help. Was ignored and no staff came to help. Johnny Childs and Jay were on duty. Another guest came to help. Went to front desk to see why no one came to help. Only to be ignored...unprofessional and rude staff.
