DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! They will charge you for smoking when you cook in there rooms. I spoke with the Manager Randy Gould who was of NO help. I would have never thought that Hilton would be ok with there Patrons being charged $200 for no reason. So be very leery if you stay in this hotel and cook in there room...I could have just eaten out it truly would have been cheaper. I Love Mobile but I will advise DONT STAY HERE!!!!

I had a room that was dirty. I had a very uncomfortable stay at Hilton in Alabama I had to contact front desk more then 4 times about the noise of a guest above me. I was woken up throughout the night. My room was not clean on arrival and I had you cleaner to clean my side table. The floor had dirt marks on as did the ottoman. Iām thinking of switching to a different brand of hotels because of this. I also went to front desk this morning and ask the woman for a cart for my luggage and she told me I should go to every floor to look for one which I did with no luck. It was rude and unacceptable for her to ask me to do this.

Rooms have a lot of space . Small kitchen is nice . No oven. Bathrooms look old with caulking issues around the tub however the water was hot and they work just fine . Breakfast bar was good . Had heated premade biscuits , waffle maker and grits or oatmeal , a few cereals etc . Some fruit . Coffee had flavored creamer to choose from .

Where do I begin with this review?? There are so many bad things to document!! Let's start at the top with the management and staff. Only one young male desk attendant gets any credit/props for the employees we encountered. All of the other staff (all females) were very unfriendly and curt. The housekeeping staff failed to show up until after the lunch hour. After that knowledge, we ask simply to obtain a few clean towels for our room and we would skip the housekeeping service. We were told there were none and that to get clean towels we would have to wait until housekeeping collected dirty towels from the room and laundered them. If that is the case, it a stunning mismanagement by the staff and/or Hilton. How can a hotel not possibly have extra towels for guests??!!! Waiting until the dirties are laundered...you've got to be kidding me!!! There is no way a hotel can manage its towel service in that fashion and expect to fully service it's clientele. Next our room was missing fundamental operating items...two lamps had no light bulbs, no Kleenex tissue, no hand towels or bathmat for the bathroom shower, no "do not disturb" sign, and the window treatments (pull down shades) were scarred/warped/ill functioning. Day 2 featured a homeless and apparently drugged-out person roaming outside the back of the hotel, going through the trash cans apparently searching for food. Given the obvious mismanagement of the property were not about to participate with the breakfast buffet, so we really can't comment on that. Check-out day featured more chaos. After loading our bags on to one of the rolling luggage racks, we then realized the rack had a flat tire and was unable to roll, requiring us to get a second rack and reload all our bags to that one. Lastly, the ice machine had malfunctioned and there was water all over the hallway carpet with towels all over the ground trying to soak up the mess. I can't help but wonder where those towels came from if they had not been laundered. This was easily the worst management Hilton property that I have ever been to as a guest. I would encourage anyone considering staying at this property find somewhere else to stay. Obviously, we will never set foot in this hotel again.

This place is awful. Iāll never come back here. They should give me my money back. I would sleep in my car first before I stayed here. Dirty rooms. Employees that donāt know whatās going on. No towels. Awful bed. No water pressure. All around a dump.
