Comfort Inn & Suites Jasper Hwy 78 West

The hotel overall is pretty nice. We stayed there for business on five nights stay. After staying our first night, we came back in the next day and discovered that our room had not been made up from the night before. I inquired about this to the front desk, and they pointed out that they don’t offer room service any Xtended Stay she pointed to the sign on the wall and said it was because of Covid LOL. I travel extensively throughout the year and am a choice Diamond member . The idea that they would not offer to service only on Monday and Fridays was totally unacceptable. The Mondays and Fridays cleaning schedule for business travelers that that travel on weekdays and stay 4-5 days at a time doesn’t work out very well. I was totally unsatisfied with this. No were on their details page does it mention this.

Stayed at this property April 27-28, 2023. Marissa checked me in, she is a pleasant front desk associate. I stayed in room 110...micro/fridge a little dated but neat room. Parking was no big problem. Plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast was ok...This Comfort is fine and I would have no issues staying here again. Thanks

We got a King room at a great price. The young lady at the front desk was super nice n also helped us find a good restaurant for dinner. The room was spacious and very clean. Very nice tv with many channels. The hotel is not new but is very clean and great for the price. Breakfast also was very good.

My family purchased three rooms for a family trip, and we looked at the ratings thinking it was a 4/5 hotel. This is a 0 in my opinion. The rooms are out-dated, feels so nasty, and the whole place smells like a pack of Newports. Take a look at the pictures I’ve attached. The couch had burn holes, the sheets had stains on them, and there was NO PRIVACY! I went to close the curtain, and realized it was only half the curtain! Looks like the other have of the curtain was ripped out the ceiling. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE. I’m lost for words …

This property looks good and was clean, but the odor from the carpets of mildew and/or mold was overwhelming. If I had not been exhausted from a 12-hour drive I would have gone elsewhere. The first room was impossible, and the evening clerk moved me to another room on another floor. That room was about half as bad, but I had to rest in my COVID mask so I could breathe. I never could actually sleep, due to the mask and the odor, so after I was rested I took off at 3:30am. No point in trying to sleep.
