Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile East Bay Daphne

Daniel was great at the front desk. He was very helpful with everything throughout the stay. I would recommend staying here. Clean and courteous place and staff. The location is near shopping and food venues. I would rate this establishment a 5 out of five stars.

Tammy was very helpful and has great personality and sense of humor! Linley was also very helpful. Good breakfast staff also, Brittany and Alisha were friendly, informative and great! The room we had was spacious. Housekeeping missed a lot of room supplies like shampoo and conditioner and lotion and kitchen supplies. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room but I was given another room and that was good. Would stay here again when I come back.

Alicia and Brittany had made a great display of breakfast! They were both very helpful! They also Kept everything stocked and clean. And the food was great ! There was a nice variety of food to choose from as well as coffee to get the day started off!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no guide on the TV and no paper guide in the room. The breakfast staff was kind and courteous in particular Brittany and Alicia. The breakfast area was extremely clean.However, we didn't like the taco bar. We prefer the old menu with the waffle machines. Please go back to that old menu. Tammy in housekeeping was very helpful and was friendly. She acknowledged that she recognized my husband and I from previous stays at the hotel.

I appreciate Alicia and Brittany taking care to provide an awesome breakfast every morning. They were compassionate in their work. It is not often to be away from home and be served as if you where welcome to the cooks home. They made sure that everything was in place and clean. I would recommend the breakfast and over all service of this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay.
