This is an older building that has been updated. The room interior was very clean with refrig, microwave, big TV. AC unit was loud. 3 different front desk clerks were difficult to understand language wise. Biggest issue was no elevator on a three story building. Hauling luggage up and down is difficult

The google pics show breakfast, but there is no longer a breakfast available. Also, there are pics of a pool but it looked out of service. This place is run down. The pics that look nice must be outdated. When we arrived at around 10:30 at night, several people were hanging out on the balcony talking and or smoking, which was the 1st red flag. We drove around to the other side of the building to park and could see someone standing right next to the door of the room we were assigned, talking very loudly on the phone. We immediately went back inside to ask if we could move rooms, but were told they were sold out. I'm not even sure that's true since the website was still showing rooms available. We hauled all of our stuff upstairs and opened the door to a pitch black room. The light switch by the door didn't work (or that light bulb was burnt). I used my phone flashlight to search for a lamp and found one towards the back of the room. I noticed some dirt on the chair before I sat down, so I wiped it with a wet towel. It was filthy! Then, an earwig crawed across the floor. I pulled out my flashlight again and inspected the room a little further and decided it wasn't worth the risk to sleep here. I paid extra for a "premium room" by the way. We called the 3rd party we booked through to see about a refund. While on hold with them, the front desk called our room. She chewed me out for not calling her first to give them the opportunity to fix the situation. I told her there wasn't anything they could do to fix it since she already told me this was their last room available, so I didn't think that was necessary. How are you going to "fix" a gross room? She refused to give us a refund for the night, but we left anyway and found a significantly better hotel about 15 min away. Honestly, this whole area looked pretty bad, so I'd be hesitant to stay anywhere around here, especially at a high price. This should be like $50. Not sure how this place has such good reviews. Be sure to sort by newest date and you'll see all the negative ones.

Everything was fine, except the price. Room was clean, modern, had a large flat screen with better than average cable (lots of channels). The coffee maker was a joke. A one cup kind and that's okay. However the basket was small and only for the tea bag style coffee bags provided. The provided coffee bag was too little coffee and resulted in a weak cup. You might jam two in the small basket. There was coffee in the morning in an area adjacent to the front desk. In both cases the coffee was mediocre. Good (enough, at least) coffee is important to me and I bring my own one cup machine and coffee on trips. The front desk was perfectly helpful and friendly. Price was the only disappointment. It was a holiday weekend, so it was more than usual. $109 per night is a lot for a two star place in that market. But wait, there's more! I was informed at check in the room would be near $20 more. It was an 18% increase over what I booked. I like Red Roof Inn and have stayed in two locations recently. In both cases I feel like I payed more than enough.

I stayed here just for one night after an event I was in town for. I was curious what the condition of a hotel at this price point would look like. The lobby left a good first impression. The lobby was clean and looked up to date and the gentleman working there was pleasant to deal with. The rooms are motel style with doors opening to the outside. I thoroughly checked the room and bed for cleanliness. In the non smoking room I was assigned I didn't see any signs of bed bugs. The bedding was clean and pillows were in good enough condition. And the television was nice and had a good selection of channels. The criticisms I have were some of the things in the room were not in the best condition. The bath mat was very worn out in the bathroom. The towels were a little old. The finishing of the paint and what not was not the best either. A little thrown together looking. Those types of things can be excused for the price, but to me the towels and bathmats should be replaced more often as I feel that is a sanitation thing. The location is convenient. Close to the highway entrance. There was a decent waffle house location nearby. Across the street there is a circle k for gas, and a pretty ghetto Krystal location. It's about 15 min. From the airport, and about 15 min. From Leeds where I was headed. There's a Buc-ees in Leeds too which is awesome. My read on the neighborhood is it's a first ring suburb with a business district type feel not the most scenic but that's fine. Overall I thought this was a decent place to stay for a night or two. Not perfect if you plan on staying long, but for a place to lie your head I was more than satisfied. Worthy of 4-stars.

As we travelled down south, we stopped here for one night because it was easy to find and especially the price was reasonably good for being on a Saturday. We booked on Expedia. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, even the pillows were ok. However , they do not serve breakfast only coffee in the morning..
