We stayed over night for cheer competition at The Birmingham Crossplex. Our room was ready early and upon entering the lobby it smelled and looked sooo clean. Our room was clean and had all the space we needed for a family of 4. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep except for one loud group walking down the hall who didn’t seem to have much respect for people sleeping but it happens. Everyone was extremely friendly and the breakfast for what it was got our day started off right! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time we’re in town

Stayed here 4 nights for the NCAA Women’s basketball regional tournament. Convenient location for us. We walked back and forth to Legacy Arena each day. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants. Breakfast bar was good, numerous good choices. Room was large and we enjoyed having the big refrigerator, kitchen sink and counter space. Comfortable bed and quiet room. The shower was a little small but was fine for us. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were always kind and helpful.

I checked out using the app. The email bill indicated that i was charged 2 times for parking. I called the hotel 2xs. -First call was unanswered -Second call was answered and i was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and gave up. An attempt at online chat was ignored for over 2 hours. I am lifetime Hilton Diamond…scary how they may treat others.

I usually prefer to stay at Hilton over Marriott, but it seems like this particular location has given up. The wall outside of our room was tore up with mold and mildew on it. The shower was not clean with lots of mildew. Went downstairs for breakfast with 30 minutes left and there was no protein left but that’s ok because the “clean” plates put out still had food on them. Won’t be staying here again. Not what I expect from Hilton.
