The front desk recommended Corey Turner to us for our return drive to the airport. I received exceptional service from Rod Clark with the valet team. He went above and beyond to assist me. He is always very courteous, professional and eager to provide assistance. He is a definite asset to the Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook team!

During my stay at the grand bohemian hotel, I was greeted by Rod Clark with PMC. He approached me with the most professional greeting, explained the valet process, asked me my name, repeated my name throughout my trip, gave me great directions to the area since I have never been here and made me feel like the hotel was waiting on me to arrive. Once he left his team extended the same courtesy, Perry brake and Ladarius Reed gave me the best service once he left and it was like they didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely be back to visit the grand bohemian hotel, especially my newly found friends, Rod, Perry, and Ladarius. See you soon guys! Keep up the great work!

Front desk was phenomenal. Very helpful. Tripp, Sha and the other female which I can’t remember her name where all very welcoming. Beautiful location with many restaurants walking distance. The beds were amazing, comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The decor and paintings in the building were also something to see and enjoy.
