Holiday Inn Express Atmore an IHG Hotel

I'm a Diamond Elite Mebmer with IGH and the Atmore AL IHG is Absolutely worst guest experience and customer service I've ever had. They really need new management and or possibly new owners that know how to hire the right people. Would rather kick people out in 20 degree weather and snow than help because of a pet.

Comfortable hotel close to the Wind Creek casino and interstate 59. Very friendly staff on all shifts. Good Breakfast served by attendants that really seemed to care about their guests. This was just an overnight before a business meeting in Bay Minette, AL a few miles south of the location. Good job exactly as expected.

In our 8 nights on the road, I have to say that this was the best hotel we stayed in. Firstly, Norma Jean at reception made us feel very welcome and was lovely to talk to. Secondly, the room was huge and very clean. Just wow! The beds were comfortable and overall the hotel was very quiet. Absolutely no complaints at all. The breakfast was good, the muffins were amazing. The hotel is in a good convenient location and there are lots of nice restaurants in Atmore. Contactless checkout was quick and convenient - all hotels should do this. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Most inconsiderate employees ever can’t speak I don’t guess common courtesy hello good morning etc not here folks they look at you like your stupid leave you waiting nobody ever at front desk keys always deactivate whole stay was a headache

@IHGhotels holiday Inn Atmore Definitely bad management. First they gave my room away on 1st night then they kept charging me for 4 days after I checked out. I will be filing a charge back to get my refund as they will not even discuss the issue. Make sure you watch your CC Bill.
