Hampton Inn Mobile I 10 Bellingrath Gardens

I used the Hilton ap to pick a room and check in a few hours before arrival. When I went to my room the digital key would not work and the ap told me to pick another room. I went to the front desk and the clerk said that I would have to pay a $5 incidentals fee before she would give me a plastic key. No other Hilton Brand makes me go this hassle. The ap works great except at this place. You can skip the front desk and go to the room that you picked and open the door with the digital key. I don't know what is wrong with these idiots in Mobile. Maybe they just like to give you a hard time.

Staff was friendly, check in was slow due to computer issues, room was clean, bed was hard a a board though. Enough pillows. Internet worked well, breakfast nothing special. Little on the sparse for selection side. The temp control in the room worked well. Had no real issues.

This hotel was awesome. Comfy and cozy. Anita at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Starr with room service was also amazing. Thank you for such great service! Would definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here on our way to Florida. We have enjoyed our stay both times. We checked in late, Crystal helped us at the front desk and she was amazing. The rooms were really clean. They had a lot of breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great! Courtney had such a welcoming positive aura to her. Really made me feel comfortable and at home you can tell she loves what she does. my room was nice and comfortable and clean plenty of space. And it’s located with 50 places to eat within a couple of miles.
