The Westin Huntsville

The hotel has done some welcome and long-needed renovations (still ongoing), especially to the rooms. Our room was modern, up-to-date and sparkling clean. One odd thing, though. Will all the updates, there was absolutely no drawer space. Food quality and service were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nightmare that hotel is not 4 star not one star. The heater was not working. The shower was not working after I ask and asked they wouldn’t give me another room because they said they don’t have a room in that big hotel. they wouldn’t clean my room and I asked them if there’s any reason why they’re not cleaning my room and front desk told me oh we don’t have any reason we don’t know why they didn’t clean. I got a hotel because of inside pool, but pool was not working and the phone at the room it was just the toys and if I did call, it did go to mailbox is full. They cannot answer the phone. I would never recommend that hotel to anybody.

I was assigned my first room at The Westin. At first glance everything looked ok but when I sat down on the bed I saw that the walls had a bunch of brown dots and other dried grossness splatter on them. I went downstairs to ask for another room. The front desk lady was polite and gave me another room. This room was dirtier than the last. Check out the pictures.

Was expecting a pretty decent stay. Great bar staff and the sausage and shrimp skewers was amazing. Bartenders know how to make a good drink!! Unfortunately the hotel put me in a mobility room, which I did not book, with hot water issues and a shower I cannot fit into and a bed that broke my back. After going to the desk, the young kid couldn't make any decisions and the supervisor was doing everything possible to make changing the room difficult. After asking for the manager who committed to having a room ready by 2pm, it wasn't. I call down to the desk and the same poor kid answered the phone and now his "supervisor" won't release a room until 5pm. Crappy customer engagement and hateful staff that hides behind the poor kid at the desk is sad. Highly recommend another property

This is the best hotel in Huntsville, PERIOD!!! This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and I MUST say we've found a "HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME"! The staff is completely dedicated and committed to providing the BEST customer service every day of the week. I do a great deal of business in Huntsville, and you can rest assured, that this hotel will be my favorite ABOVE ALL!!!!
