Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Grandview

Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Every little thing was just as it should be, down to the sink stopper fitting tightly and staying firmly closed-- important when rinsing contact lenses! Breakfast was good (hot foods nice and hot) with a nice variety of choices. Sorry I had to be elsewhere during the evening refreshments time. Staff at desk and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Rude staff, over priced needs location itself needs updating and uncomfortable bed. Below standard breakfast as well as rude staff member that decided the 10am service time was just too long and proceeded to put away breakfast items while ppl were still trying to serve their plates. One guest when to get an item at 9:50 and she said machine is off you can’t have more. I was very disappointed in this location especially for the $200+ a night price point!

This hotel is great! The staff is friendly and helpful! The entire place was very clean! The bed and the shower were amazing!! The evening food and breakfast was good too it’s plenty of choices! The hotel is in a convenient location and is relatively easy to get in and out of!

We had a great one night stay as part of a larger vacation. Our king room was very comfy and clean with more than enough room for one adult and one child. Love the 530 Kickback and breakfast. Our room was close to the lobby area, which can get loud during meals so something to think about if you crave silence. It didn't bother us because it wasn't loud at night or early in the morning. Overall, pleasant stay and would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Easy check in, comfortable beds, ESPN to watch March Madness games, complimentary breakfast, free parking and complimentary happy hour was nice. The staff was courteous. The only cons was slow elevators and the chair in our room needs to be replaced.
