I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk attendant was nowhere to be found—I sat alone in the lobby for several minutes, called the front desk multiple times, and eventually had to knock on the door behind the desk to get assistance. The interaction that followed was unpleasant, and when I called the next morning to speak with the manager, Jessica, the situation worsened. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—even misusing basic terms like “sematic” instead of “semantics.” Despite being an Honors Member, no refund or resolution was offered. Do not stay here if you’re expecting the level of service Hilton is known for.

OVERWHELMING PAINT FUMES IN ROOM. This hotel is under renovation and they are having guests stay in rooms that are only partially renovated. These rooms should be out of order. I had to leave due to paint fumes. I couldn’t bear it for more than a few moments. I tried to check out at the front desk after only 1 hour. They claimed they couldn’t check me out and refused to refund my money for the night. I had to stay at another hotel for the night. When I contacting the general manager for a refund, my request was denied. Poor quality and poor customer service. Unacceptable practices for hospitality & management.

Hotel is extremely run down. I was shocked this was a Hilton property. The elevator was down for renovation and the 2nd floor hallway and room smelled of amonia. I checked out before even using the room to go to another hotel. They charged me for one night however because “they reserved the room” for me and because I should have seen a disclosure about the renovations. Ridiculous. I would avoid this property.

The hotel was under construction in some areas, which I knew when I made the reservation, but I doubted it would impact me much. The nightly rate was reasonable. However, that led to the elevator being out and I was in a room on the third floor, so that was ok, but not great. The room itself was in pretty good condition. There were some nicks here and there. One of the lampshades had seen better days. I had a king bed with two nightstands. There was an alarm clock that had the wrong time. I was concerned that it would not work properly if I reset it, so I did not use it. The bed was separated by the rest of the room by a short wall. The room included a desk + chair, but had a big open space where I think normally there would be a couch or chair. The counter for the bath had a space for a large amount of toiletries, but the toilet/shower area was cramped. Toilet paper was behind the door. I appreciated the shower only, but the water pressure in the shower and sink was low. I appreciated the individual toiletries instead of the shared toiletries. Also, they had a different brand for the shampoo and lotion. I really like the soaps by Crabtree and Evelyn (I don't like the Zero products). There were two towel hooks in the shower space, but one was coming out of the wall. There did not appear to be any usb charging outlets. I've run into this a time or two with Hilton and am really surprised they don't upgrade the plus-ins to include usb chargers. Breakfast was not included, but you could pay for it. I did not.

We are local and booked a stay for two days while work was being done on our home. The cost was $200 per night, which was very reasonable and we were told that the furniture was old and they were in the process of updating things, but it was clean. When we arrived at the hotel check in was friendly and everything seemed to be okay. Our room had a really nice set up - a king bed in a suite and two queen beds for my kids. It had an odor of mildew and the faint smell of cigarettes. There was water damage in the ceiling that was in the shape of a beam. We decided to go to dinner at a nearby restaurant and on our way back there were a couple of people in the parking lot using drugs. At around 9 or 9:30 pm a smoke alarm started beeping intermittent. We called the front desk and maintenance came and changed the battery. At midnight another smoke alarm started beeping intermittently, however this time the front desk let me know that their maintenance person was not here and he could not leave the desk. We went to the front desk in person and there was no one present. We waited and when he finally appeared, we let him know that we would like to check out and we were told that he could not check us out because we booked through a 3rd party vendor. Surprisingly, we were not offered another room, so at midnight we checked out of the hotel and went home. Notably, the hotel did not reach out to us regarding the issues. I called to get a refund on our stay and we were told that someone checked the room in the morning and there was no alarm sounding, therefore our refund was denied. I was also told that a smoke alarm sounding was not manager-worthy for a front desk person to call at midnight and that we could call and speak with the hotel Manager between 9 am and 2 pm the next day. I used to stay at the Doubletree in Tukwila years ago and it was amazing. The Doubletree has changed or this location is very different.
