Checked in for 2 days. Day one-lots of dried sticky spills outside lobby elevator doors and never cleaned up during our stay. Same with inside elevator-food on floor for 2 days. Corridor carpeting to room had large dark stains. Hotel policy is they only service rooms every OTHER day for multi-day stays. Our room was not very clean. Kitchen appliance had splatters all over them. Some gross black matter on bathroom corners. Carpet quite stained. Bedding questionable. Never saw anyone ckeaning any of the common areas. Very dirty facility. No management in sight. If they were there, they certainly have low standards for cleanliness.

Checked on efficiently on Oct 19th at approx 1900 hrs. . Room very comfortable, nice lounging area with a comfortable convertible couch. The room was clean and well appointed, Large screen tv all the channels you need. Breakfast was better than most Home2 Suites. Attendant was specifically looking after the items. Keeping fresh and stocked.

our go to hotel when in the area, hotel staff are exceptional. clean and comfortable. breakfast is an ordinary hotel free breakfast, nothing to be excited about. Coffee is excellent stayed in an "accommodation" suite, trouble is, the shampoo and soap dispensers ate almost ceiling height.( see pics) being a person of disability, I could barely lift my arm high enough to use

Why three stars? The miserable bed. I’ve slept on firm mattresses before, but these beds are like plywood with a fitted sheet over it. Absolutely horrible. The free ‘hot’ breakfast is not that hot. The selection was good. The concept is good, but failed on execution. The food was barely warm. This is not only unappetizing, but dangerous from a food handling perspective. *positive note, all staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. Boston went out of his way to be professional and hospitable.

Still love it! When I had checked in, my room was a different number than what it was when we got there. But I didn't know that until I went up to the room and tried penning the door. (It was a self check in with the key in your phone). So I went down stairs and low and behold, I was told they changed it because the last guy needed more time. They had moved me to the 4th floor. My daughter and her family just had gotten there and they got a room on the 2nd floor, which was where we were too have ours. Quickly, she changed the room to right next door to the one we had prior to being moved. No questions. No trying to keep me on the one we didn't want. I did not get her name, but, if she sees this, she'll know it was her. Thank you very much, as the great service is always appreciated!
