This is a horrible hotel. Do mor stay here. I am a Hilton Diamond Member. They charged me 28.25 for a washcloth I used to take off my makeup. I have been staying at Hilton hotels for 20 years but not any longer. I will gladly move to Marriott after this experience. Manager will also not return your phone call.

Overall nice hotel but if you want to get in the pool you have to wait until May. Otherwise you will freeze in there. I took a temperature reading with my Apple Watch and it read 69 degrees with ambient temperature of 102! This is ridiculous. How can a nice hotel like this not have a heating mechanism. I had to walk around in the sun for 15 minutes but my feet are still freezing. On the bright side if you have a fever come take a plunge and your core temp will lower double digits. We got this room to use the pool but itâs like there really isnât a pool Ridiculous! Only thing I truly enjoyed was their breakfast. Other than that itâs best to book elsewhere if you want to take advantage of your hard earned dollar.

As a Multi-year Diamond member I can tell you there is no level of service at this location that will make you feel as your Diamond status means anything. I am not sure who runs this location but they may want to re-think their business model. I can assure you I along with any of my personnel will never stay here This location. What is the point of having online check-in if you are going to allow your employees to manipulate your room selection for their benefit? Why even bother selecting your room preferences if your going to allow unqualified associates to manipulate room selection? Extremely dissatisfied. Hyatt will now be a consideration. I guess 19 years of loyalty means nothing.

I am a corporate business traveler and was in the area for business. I was working on my expenses and found a charge for $130 plus tax from this hotel. I contacted them about it and they told it was for damage to the room. I laughed, knowing I didnât damage anything and inquired as to what the damage was. Carlos, the manager told me that I left red dye all over the linens and towels. He said it appeared that I had colored my hair and the dye ruined the towels. I explained to him that I did not color my hair, that I am a 50 year old woman who has her hair professionally done every 6 weeks. He wouldnât hear it and talked over me and told me I ruined the towels and I would be charged. He indicated he had a photograph of the damage which âhe would send meâ that he has never sent. I asked him if it was possible housekeeping tagged the wrong room. Trying to diplomatically work through the situation to which he told me that was impossible. I asked him if he was aware that the same night I stayed my co worker was assigned a room with not a couple of strands of hair in the bed but clumps of hair and had to ask to be moved. He wouldnât answer that. I feel like this is a shakedown and an attempt to make extra money. I contacted Hilton Corporate and they tried to deal with him too. I wouldnât stay here again on a bet. Hotel was nice enough. Cleanliness and integrity are clearly a problem.

Clean hotel. Staff is very polite, suites are very spacious, and beds were pretty comfortable. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years and we have been treated really well! This is our hotel of choice in the RGV area
