I have been a long time Diamond Honors member with close to 50 nights in 2024. Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had at a Hilton property. Arrived on 1/28 at 3:30 pm and the parking lot was barely plowed. I attempted to check in online several times for an electronic key, but kept getting asked to confirm my cc, which I cannot remember ever having to do that. Walked in to the front desk and there was no attendant. I waited approximately 20 minutes before someone showed up apologizing because there was an important staff meeting. There was a mix up with my reservation that took some time to clarify. I wasnāt recognized as a Diamond member, which has become the norm lately and not offered any water or welcome gift. Got into my room (room 102) which was fine and left to get some food and returned. Grabbed the ice bucket and looked for an ice machine, but its on the 2nd floor lol. Got settled into my room to heat my food, but the microwave was not working. I noticed it was unplugged above the cupboards and attempted to plug it back in, but the outlet was broken. Went to the front desk to ask for an extension cord, but apparently they do not exist. Thereās no microwave in the lobby, so I was out of luck for dinner in my room. I was offered the opportunity to change rooms, but I didnāt feel like moving all my stuff so I grabbed a bag of chips, which they added to my room bill, but I did get my 2 bottles of water lol. Thereās numerous other Hilton properties in the area, obviously I chose the wrong one

Good accommodations, room was clean, decently appointed. The morning breakfasts were what you'd expect. Had no issues with breakfasts. Staff was friendly! Nice location too, close to some shopping and a Country Fair directly across the street.

Horrible hotel. Filthy rooms, bathroom had hair in corners with filthy corners. Dirty towels from previous guest left under cabinet, room did not have toilet paper or tissue in it. Wrappers and a piece of dog food on carpet. Beds were not changed from previous guests. Side table was chewed up from a dog. Dog friendly hotel. Floor dirty in front of refrigerator. Breakfast was terrible. Stale food, outdated milk. The waffle batter came out liquidity and had a green tone. Please look at pictures.

This is going to be a long review so be patient... Location - The hotel is located on Oliver Rd, just west of Peach Street. It's a bit off the main street, kind of tucked into a property, so it could be easy to miss if you're not looking. On the plus side, you're steps away from all kinds of amenities, which is very helpful, and you're a minute away from the highway. Easy on, easy off, or something like that. Parking - They've got a large parking lot with free parking. This one is pretty straight-forward. Entrance - It's on the NE side of the hotel. You walk into the sliding doors... to your right are several chairs and couches to relax in with a laptop or coffee, or both if you're living dangerously. Straight ahead is a long community-style table with chairs, great for those 8am meetings or 9am breakfasts (food on counter behind said table). To the right of this massive table is the check-in, along with various snack foods and drinks. Check-in - It was about as basic and nonchalant as you'll get. They weren't rude, they weren't cheery, it was more matter-of-fact, even when I asked for WIFI information. I can see how some would take it as dismissive but I've seen a lot worse. Hallways - Clean, inviting, no issues. Room - You walk into your room and it was very spacious. To the right was the bathroom, which I'll get to in a minute. Then, a large open space that could have fit another 2-3 beds with ease. It had a couch in it, though, which came in handy. The two beds were at the far end of the room. When you walk into the room, to the left, you had fridge, various appliances including a dishwasher, sink, and a bunch of other things that are escaping my memory. It was definitely built for a long-term stay. They also had multiple work stations with plenty of outlets along with a giant TV and numerous dresser drawers for your clothes or whatnot. I will say this - you could not open the room door and the fridge door at the same time. I found that odd; I've never seen that elsewhere. As for the bathroom, it was also massive and generally clean. However, there were multiple small holes in the plaster/wallpaper like someone had ripped something out and "I'll get back to this." As well, the shower head had the worst water pressure I've ever seen in a hotel. If management is reading this, fix the shower heads! I shouldn't have to laugh and hope for the best. Other things to note... the walls are thin. I could hear people having full conversations outside the room at 2am. While that's also a respect thing on their part (stop talking loudly in a hotel hallway at 2am!), it doesn't negate the fact that it woke me up. Overall - Aside from the bathroom hiccups and the thin walls, this was a solid room. Before I got there, I saw many (MANY) reviews about how bad this place was. That wasn't my experience (and I guarantee I would say if it was). Would I stay here again? IF the situation required it, yes. Normally, I stay closer to downtown, but, if this was needed, I wouldn't say no.
