Dossier Hotel

Great hospitality & front desk lady aka Mac was very helpful & knowledge! One the best part of the trip was definitely the stay at the hotel! The downstairs lounge was very welcoming & the bar/ dining area has great food and drink! I 100% recommend this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at Dossier in Portland! The location is unbeatable — walkable to just about everything, with a CVS around the corner and tons of shops and restaurants within a block. My room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfy bed with multiple pillow firmness options — such a nice touch! I requested room service one day, and they did an exceptional job refreshing the space. The view from my room was great, and valet service was top-notch — my car was always ready within minutes. There’s also a restaurant located downstairs, which I didn’t get a chance to try, but it added an extra level of convenience to the overall experience. Overall, I loved everything about my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Dossier hotel for 3 nights with my sister to explore the city and attend a concert at the Roseland Theater (9 min walk from the hotel). The hotel was a great vibe, very clean, and we loved our room. We felt safe, secure, and comfortable throughout our time. But the main reason I was motivated to leave a positive review was because of the excellent customer service from every staff member we interacted with. Staff were always welcoming us in at the door and the front desk. All of the staff were so personable and eager to provide recommendations of places to go if we asked. We also had a drink at the bar in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and the service from the bartenders was amazing! I felt very seen and valued as a customer. I would definitely stay here again if I am to find myself back in Portland. <3

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. It is in a convenient downtown location. The staff was very responsive to any question that we had. The exercise room meet my needs every morning of the three day stay. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and the view from the large window was very nice. They follow sustainability practices. The refrigerator was able to handle a full bottle of wine standing up. I researched numerous possible hotels and I’m very satisfied with my selection.

We were looking for a central hotel to downtown. I’m so glad we chose the Dossier. It was central, close to most of the public transportation to get us round. The hotel was lovely made even better by the staff. Noel, is a *. Comfortable room, great views and very reasonable price for the 3 nights. Nothing was too much trouble. Should we return, I would stay here again. I recommend this hotel.
