I stayed here and was charged both for my stay and a ācancellationā fee (the same price as the cost of the room) that Expedia (who I book through) has no record of. It is unreasonable that I would be charged for both cancelling and using the room. Beware of potentially fraudulent charges.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Not at all like the picture shows on the booking sites! STAY AWAY! thry will charge you anyways for the room that I would choose to sleep outside than spend 1 minute inside of. It is ran down not clean at all inside or outside. People running the place are very rude as well. This place needs to be shut down!

Great and comfortable bed very clean and cozy I enjoyed every bit of it and loved my stay with my family food is very close and everything is right around the corner , they clean all the rooms very well I love it and am very happy with my stay and will return

I really like being here. I had bad luck and when you get evicted. You have to wait a long while before. You can find a place to live in Houston. Great, they have great service. They clean anytime you ask and I really like the owners. They help you out a lot thank you guys you really help me out
