I was a platinum member with Radisson, and after the acquisition, I am a diamond member with choice. Diamond with Wyndham and only four stays away from being a diamond member with Hilton. I travel 90% of the time for work so I stay in a lot of hotels. I also have a background as a Director of customer service. I have high expectations. I am blown away at the experience being provided at Mainstay suites in, Mount Laurel, New Jersey. it exceeded the customer service experience at any choice property. At the time of this review, Iâve stayed in anchoice property. At the time of this review, Iâve stayed and 81 choice properties this year. At this property The staff is very friendly and personable. Not to mention they have good personalities, and when you interact with them they actually seem to enjoy being there. No hotel is perfect and I can tell you that with 100% certainty . What I look for a property is a clean property, that is safe, a friendly and attentive staff. Yes, there are other hotels in Mount Laurel, but I will always stick with mainstay suites whenever Iâm in town. There is a girl that works in the evenings who I adore. So friendly, so professional, and funny too. You canât beat that. So if your browsing hotels right now Iâm looking for a perfect hotel, you wonât find it. If youâre looking for value, cleanliness, professionalism, safety this is your spot.

Not a clean place to stay! Room smelled bad and there were some crawling bmites in the bedding. Management was reluctant to refund my money even after almost a month of inquiry! Opted to get BBB currently involved!

We booked this hotel on Booking.com because it was listed as a Marriott property for a 2-night stay Memorial Day weekend (May 26-28, 2023). By were we wrong! Apparently it was sold or abandoned by Marriott, and is now called Philadelphia Executive Suites. Our first warning should have been the outdoor pool being closed. But hey, it was only May, even though it was Memorial Day weekend. When we entered the front desk area, the shelves with toiletries/snacks/etc. were bare. The receptionist told us Marriott had just left and taken most of their employees. Both pools were closed, and the promised included breakfast was no longer offered. We though, ok, all we really need is a clean room. Were we in for a rude awakening! We walked across the parking lot to the building with our room. It was after 7 pm, and the hallways were filled with large bags of trash. They were clearly overwhelmed, still trying to clean rooms at 7 pm. Once we entered the room, it was even worse. There were what looked like blood stains on the floor and couch. There was no lightbulb in the lamp. There was red mold all over the shower. The kitchenette looked like it had been trashed. The burners had been ripped out. The coffee pot was missing the carafe. There were crumbs and dirt everywhere. To add insult, my son turned on the TV, only to be brought to a "Welcome to Marriott" home screen that, of course, did not work because Marriott had quit literally left the building. We asked for a different room. The receptionist made some calls on her walkie-talkie (no phone), and we exchanged the keycard for a different room. It was worse than the first. It looked like someone had vomited on the couch, and the kitchen and bathroom were just as bad. On top of it, the second room had an unpleasant smell I could not place. We returned to the front desk and informed the receptionist we could not stay there, and requested a refund. She told us we would have to speak with the manager, who would not be available until the following morning, but that it shouldn't be a problem. While standing there, we booked a nearby Comfort Inn for the night at nearly twice the price, and left. We have spent the past week on the phone with Booking.com and the hotel trying to get a refund. Booking.com has been no help, repeating the hotel's false assertion that we stayed the night. Booking.com should know the hotel is incorrect, as we booked our replacement lodgings through Booking.com. Booking.com has relayed that the hotel promised refund of the second night, but we have not received even that. In short, DO NOT STAY HERE! and do not use Booking.com. They will not help you when things go wrong.

I had stayed at this hotel many times in the past but, not since Covid. I assumed it was still a Marriott (as the travel sites still list it as being). DAMN, WAS I EVER WRONG!!! This property is no longer a Marriott. It was sold & is now Philadelphia Executive Suites. This hotel is filthy, smelly and disgusting at every level. The furniture was worn, torn, and covered in gross stains. The bathroom showed signs of water leak damage and had mold on the shower curtains and shower fixtures. The kitchenette was poorly cleaned, if cleaned at all. The carpet was covered in stains and my shoes literally stuck to it. The TV screen was all scratched up. The heat and air conditioning somewhat worked - sometimes. At over $100 per night this is a purely awful excuse for a hotel. STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! Even a Motel 6 would be a great improvement over this dump.

Do not stay here! They are no longer owned by Marriott. They have sold to another company who obviously doesnât mind the filth of the hotel. The room looked like a crime scene. Marriott, you owe all the guests who stayed at this hotel for the past year their money back. It was a disgrace. Once again, Marriott showing themselves for who they are. Greedy pigs.
