Best Western Plus Morristown Inn

The staff was very nice and put up with a temper tantrum my 2.5 year old grandson experienced when arriving at the hotel around 11 pm. The breakfast spread was good, the room was clean, and the holiday decorations were lovely. The historic nature of the property is maintained even as they remodel. Makes this property stand out as compared with other Best Westerns.

Immaculate, great breakfast, everything in good repair, well cared for and well loved, Would stay here again. for sure. Very comfortable bed, nice room amenities, liked the hours of the gym and breakfast. Nice people for every service. chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel may look a bit dated but it is immaculately clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. We came to the hotel after a 7 hr day in the car with young kids. We were checked in in under 3 minutes and immediately offered big chocolate chip cookies (yes please!). The hotel was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. I slept well despite the kid feet tapping away on my back 😂 Breakfast is a full buffet-style spread with everything: cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, etc. Both kiddos loved the white glove service they have for the waffle machine. I wish I’d gotten the name of the man helping them, he was fabulous. There was also a woman manning the egg station who was very friendly. It really struck me that all the staff members spoke directly to my kids. It made them feel very special. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone needing a place in the area. It’s rare now to find a moderately priced hotel with this level of care and service. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I left my laptop covered by a sheet. and the housekeeping staff found it and I was called, but by that time we were hours away on the road home. They will mail it to me. I am so grateful and appreciative because it would have been difficult to turn around and drive back to Morristown.

My husband and I stayed one night to break up our trip from Virginia to Maine. The staff were friendly at check in and throughout our visit. The inn was very clean and cozy. It was very convenient to the highway and has a nice downtown area nearby.
