Carlos the club lounge attendant was awesome! All food & drinks were readily available and were promptly replaced. Lounge was always spotless. Carlos took great care in ensuring all the guests had everything they wanted from a hot cup of coffee to a hearty breakfast. Great job Carlos!

Carlos in the Sheraton Club was the perfect host and very accommodating. He made the experience great while providing great snacks and food. He provided various items and the area was spotless! Overall the front desk host was pleasant and the hotel was decent.

I stayed on the club level and enjoyed the comfortable room. It had extra everything and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. The best part is the Club and Carlos serving breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening. Carlos is welcoming and kind always available and everything is stocked fresh and coffee is in working order. Carlos brings joy to the room but gives plenty of room to relax.

Great hotel overall. Very nice staff at the front desk, club lounge, restaurant. The fitness center had updated equipment and was super clean. Breakfast on the club level was simple but good quality hot food bacon/eggs/potatoes + pastries/cerial/fruit and a nice Starbucks latte machine (all with a nice sunrise view from the 12th floor).

Here for work but walking into the hotel felt closer to randomly walking into a resort with the impeccable customer service. Carlos in the M club was so attentive and welcoming. Love the breakfast and dinner apps the m club has. The gym is large for a hotel too which is a major plus.
