Stay away from this one in Omaha. Our room was filthy. No toilet Paper bar, broken door, smeared dirty mirrors, greasy grimy air conditioner. Hair and dirt. no night stand. Lamp and extention cords on floor. Quoted a price, and then got notice from my card of a higher charge. Told they couldn't help me with it, and just plain didn't care. Being that we got there late, we slept in our clothes and left early. My charge card got charged $170.99 for the night, with $21.00 as a room charge. It was a joke.

Run- runaway from this place- great place for drugs and prostitution. They even try to cancel your reservation hours prior to arrival. I wish I would have just let them cancel me yet I fraught to stay because everything last min was way more money. Knowing now if I would have know then - I would have paid it to stay away from there. I think he was trying to do me a favor.

Rooms were being remodeled - clean up not done in rooms after remodeling, moldy shower ceiling tiles, no area to eat breakfast no breakfast no staff at front desk have to call they don't answer, took 10 minutes to get someone to come to the desk if they even came

This hotel and its staff are terrible. The hotel was being remodeled. I understand dust and that and can work with that. Clean up at night wasn’t done. Sheetrock chips and particles all over the carpet in the hall. Room that was given to us was above the bar which we didn’t know was at the hotel. Loud music till 2 am. Asked at 11 what all the loud music was and staff said there was a party going on, didn’t offer to get another room away from the bar and party. Second of all the room was atrocious! Sad really really sad burn holes in the sheets, dirty wash cloth in the room, no cups to use no coffee maker in the room. No end tables with lamps on the floor. Shower didn’t work at all, toilet barely flushed, bathroom door was bashed in, toilet seat was loose and was all over the place. We asked the staff early in the morning about the shower and he said it worked but yet when he came up to the room at 5 am he couldn’t make it work! When we left which was way earlier then we wanted staff asked us if they could get us another room, I said well sorry but not sorry we are leaving. I said you should not even open the doors to this hotel and get in another line of business with your poor skills of taking care of guests and making their stay be as comfortable as possible.
