Tina at the front desk was bubbly, outgoing and spunky. Such a warm welcome! The parking and garage were difficult to navigate. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Tina was accommodating with familiarizing us with the hotel layout. It came complete with everything needed for a great stay!

After we figured out how to circle the block to get into the parking garage and squeezed into a tiny parking space, it takes a walk to get into the hotel building and to the lobby. Explicit directions on how to thread the traffic needle to the front of the hotel for unloading would be helpful! Get a parking meter ticket in the garage to validate with a QR code from the hotel for a parking discount. It is 30$ per night. Once in the hotel, it is beautiful and comfortable and the staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. Beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms are huge and spotless and soundproof. Close to everything and walking distance to everything you could need. Will stay again!

Fantastic service from the Front desk. Tina was very kind and helped me with a few items I needed assistance with when I arrived. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The staff went out of their way to greet me and make sure my stay was going well and asked if there was anything they could do for me.

Home2Suites staff (especially Tina) did a great job accommodating my stay during the ASLO 2025 conference in Charlotte, NC. They made it possible for me to have a safe, clean experience while enjoying a great conference. I recommend others to stay at this hotel, the breakfast was inclusive and hearty enough to help you get through long conference days. Thank you Tina and staff for everything.

Beautiful view from my room. Tayshiem stood out to me as he was such a great help with figuring everything out with parking and room service when checking in to the hotel and he has such a welcoming attitude. The other staff that i interacted with also had great attitudes as well and greeted my friends and I with a smile!
