This hotel is the best! Will at the front has greeted everyone will a huge smile and graciousness for over 20 years. Brian is an incredible manager making sure everyone is happy and taken care of. Kevin is a young energetic future hotel and concierge success. Reyna and the rest of the staff are awesome. highly recommend this hotel and you will be happy!!!!!!!

They were great and got me into my room very quickly. I was able to communicate to them very easily and it was very quickly service. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here , it is great and central location

Wonderful and helpful desk staff! Willie, Kevin and Brian were particularly helpful!! They made us fell welcome from the beginning of our stay! I would highly recommend anyone coming here for a quick visit or a longer vacay to this beautiful hotel!

Wonderful hotel! The front desk staff let me check in early as well. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Recommend this to everyone. Great location as well, near by many nice restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and spacious as well. The lobby was also clean and tidy. Overall great experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, including the front desk and valet and hotel in a great location near restaurants and the LIRR train station. The room was just ok but the bed was super comfortable and sleep was the most important thing for me on this trip. I enjoyed walking through the nearby business area and through the residential neighborhoods. Decent value, especially weekdays.
