Stay far away from here! Absolute disrespect, nasty and outdated. Repeatedly lied to my face, wouldn't stay there again even if I was getting paid to. Was absolutely the worste experience I've ever had to deal with.,keep your distance and stay far away!!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The staff did not want to be there (the young man literally used those words, saying "I hate this 3-11 shift"), the room was dirty, bedspread stained, sheets had something crusty on them (ewwww), I had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex as there was NONE in the room, and even then I had to go to the desk to get it, the free breakfast had only a few options. I chose this location because it was 5 minutes from where I needed to be and thought how bad can it be, but this truly is a place where you get what you pay for. Pay attention to all the negative reviews; they're accurate.

My husband booked the room due to I had a Dr appointment on Monday. We got at the hotel at 1:30. We asked if we could check in early. Was told no not until 3 unless we had $45. I’m diabetic and needed to do my medicine. Finally at 3 he allowed us to check in. We got to our room. There was one towel and wash cloth. No microwave, coffee pot, or cups. The toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor all the way. The hotel has a smell. The free breakfast was sausage, waffle, cereal, and juice. First day there was no milk for cereal. Front parking close to the hotel is regular parking. Handicap parking is about 200 feet from the door.

My family and I chose this hotel based on its ratings. We are dumbfounded as to how it was ever rated highly. The overall property and rooms are in dire need of maintenance. To name a few, the phone did not work, lightbulbs were out, carpet was filthy, and the ac was extremely loud and never shut off. There was 0 customer service. The first evening I went to the desk to request a blanket. I was advised housekeeping had left but that they would send one up. After 1/2 hr and no blanket, I followed up. I was advised again that they would send one up. Again, no blanket. At this point, I gave up. Not once were we ever greeted. When we would go to the desk, the reps would just stare at you until you started talking. The first evening when we returned to our rooms, we discovered they had not been serviced. When we went to the desk we were advised they only service the rooms if requested. Would have been great to know that or at least have it posted somewhere I would NEVER recommend this property.
