We love this place. Close to our destination and shopping, diwntown. Super clean. Great free Breakfast Buffet. Hotel has good restuarent on site. My kids love pool n weight room. I love mini fridge and micro so we can bring snacks. Close to everything. Easy parking.

Hotel was very well maintained. Pool/hot tub and fitness center were in great shape. The pool and hot tub were particulary nice. Great hot tub experience. Hot breakfast was really good. Great value for the money. Staff were really helpful and our room was very quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a whim and it was great. Comfortable rooms, safe, quiet with friendly staff. The cookies in the evening at the front desk are delicious and a nice touch. The on site restaurant/bar had good food and other restaurants were walkable nearby. The location is great and right in town. We would stay here again when in the area.

In my opinion, this is the hotel to stay while visiting Moscow/University of Idaho. The rooms are comfortable. The shower heads are the best. Water does not dribble out like some of the other hotels. You actually get a shower!!! The breakfast options are exceptional. Seasons restaurant is a great place to relax and unwind and the food and drink prices are very reasonable. The soups are the best. The strawberry shortcake and the huckleberry crisp are delicious and shareable. The staff at the front dest and the servers in Seasons are the best.

I have had several visits to Seasons restaurant at Best Western Plus University Inn in Moscow, ID with my most recent on 9/21/24. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent and the lemon drop martinis will keep me coming back every time I am in town. I had a "senior moment" and left my credit card after paying my bill. I called the hotel upon discovering my goof up, and was treated so very kindly. The staff made sure I had my card via FedEx and went above and beyond to ensure I had tracking info for my card. A huge thank you to Erin for taking such great care of me!!!!
