Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco

Had a wonderful stay. Hotel was in a convenient location and I got around the city by bus and on foot. There were many bus lines near by. Being close to the Ferry Building was a plus for me. The room was a good size and very clean. I liked the refillable water bottle station near the elevators. The "Living Room" was a nice concept. It was a large space off the lobby with tables and comfy chairs. There was a machine that made various types of coffee and also had really hot water for tea. The staff were very helpful. When I had a problem with the toilet, the hotel handyman was at my door within 10 minutes of my call to the front desk. The staff also arranged for a cab to take me to the airport. Very nice as the fare was a fixed rate. I'm 82 and not into putting my boarding pass on my cell phone. The front desk printed out my boarding pass so I didn't have to do it at the airport. This was my 6th visit to San Francisco but first time staying at Club Quarters. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Perfect location, a few minutes from the Embarcado and China Town, but in very quiet area. Polite helpful staff, decent sized twin room, clean, comfy beds, very quiet. We liked the free chilled bottled water dispensers and the coffee/tea making facilities in the lounge. Perfect for our first two nights in SF.

Great location and walking distance from several areas. It was about a 15 minute walk to pier 3. There was a restaurant next door where we grabbed a quick dinner. Nice rooftop terrace. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice area. We would stay here again.

Liz at Club Quarters San Francisco was very very helpful. Directing us to an unloading spot then to a relatively reasonable place to park for a couple of days. Liz also assisted us with tickets for the tour bus. Other helpful suggestions. The room was clean and good maid service. Plenty of towels. The room is a little small but very reasonably priced.

Horrible. I was placed in a room overlooking the alley and very early on a Saturday morning, the garbage collection started in the alley which lasted over an hour and was extremely loud. I did not get any sleep. When I brought this issue up to hotel staff they offered no solution or empathy. Honestly I get better customer service at McDonald's.
