Here for a conference. Had an upgrade in for a keyed floor. Picked my room in the morning before leaving since they were âsold outââŚaway from the elevator and ice machine. When landed checked the app and it said they couldnât do the upgrade - no worries, I picked a good room two floors down. Got here and was given the upgradeâŚ:to the room nobody wants on any floorâŚ.backing onto the ice machine so a constant loud hum. Asked the desk to move me (anywhere). Said they were sold out. So they gave my good room to someone else and stuck me with the dog room. This is how they treat loyalty customers. Bad show. Donât come here - you canât count on them for a restful stay. What about âHiltonâŚfor the stayâ? Plus - windows are filthy! The worst part - they dressed up the ice machine room to look restfulâŚexcept for people on the other side of the wall!!!

Rounding off a two week trip on the roads around California, we decided to have dinner here. We enjoyed our evening very much starting with drinks in the bar and then fantastic two courses cooked by the obviously talented Fabian Galvez.. My wifeâs steak was perfection accompanied by an imaginative approach to mashed potato that we will try at home. My scampi with pasta was beautifully presented if a little bit fiery for me. But as we swapped plates halfway absolutely no complaints.. The thing that always stands out for me as we travel the world is the welcoming service we receive and here every member of staff especially Jocelyn and Fabien deserve recognition for their friendliness attention to detail and representation of a global chain that sometimes can feel a little plastic. Rara rara to the Hilton Long Beach and the tremendous staff . Thank you for helping us to finish our American odyssey in style.

Front desk staff was very welcoming. My family and I stayed for 3 nights waiting for our cruise day with clean comforting rooms. Staff were very friendly & knowledgeable and helpful to the surroundings of Long Beach. Shout out to Crystal at the front desk!

This is a decent hotel, we only stayed for a few nights before joining a ship. Room was comfortable, very noisy air con unit. Beds were comfortable and decent size, very clean. Pool area was small but if you are only staying for few days no dramas. The breakfast was poor, buffet had bacon, sausage (decent) potatoes and a selection of cereals. Bacon was literally burnt to a crisp, but not the end of world. Separate breakfast menu, omelette was poor also. Hotel decent, just maybe seek a breakfast elsewhere for the price ($32)
