Sonesta Select Laguna Hills Irvine Spectrum

It was late at night before we finally landed at this hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and so helpful. I can especially speak for Neval at the front desk. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend getting a suite, though, if you have more than two people. We had three in our room, and we definitely needed a suite. Neval went out of her way to place us in one as soon as one was available. It wasn’t an easy transaction, as we had already prepaid for a smaller room. Neval never complained, and took a lot of time setting us up properly. I looked forward to seeing Neval when she was working, and always made it a point to say “Hello” to her because she is so sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. We were looking for a hotel to consistently stay at, as we travel to that area from MN often for children and grandchildren. We finally found “our” hotel! There were only 2 towels in the room, and they knew we had 3 people. The person was rude about bringing me more, since I didn’t want to leave my sleeping children to come get them. On our 3rd day, I asked for our bathroom to be cleaned and to take out trash and they didn’t do it, The highlight was the woman at the front desk, Nehal. She was VERY helpful both mornings when I needed help!

I stayed here 2 months for long-term business travel and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The location/room/lobby/ pool, are great. However, the staff is what makes this hotel really stand out. especially Maria and Sara have made this stay exactly what I needed it to be when I was away from home for so long. I will definitely be back next time.

The room was very clean and quiet. Also great location, close to restaurants, Entertainment and The Spectrum for shopping. Easy check in without any hassles. The girl at the desk was knowledgeable and very nice. I would recommend for business or pleasure.

I visited here once, chose the best room but it was below average. I especially want to thank the girl at the reception Maria, a real professional, very responsive, polite, always ready to help basically everything is fine, quiet cozy hotel, and a beautiful city
