Motel 6 Chino CA Los Angeles Area

one of the worst Hotels was supposed to stay for a week but moved out in 2 days. No tea coffee maker / no hot water for tea / coffee. rooms very basic ,. properties allow pets which is very good , but no effort or rules to ensure that pets do not poo in from of your room,and your shoes gets smeared with the poo!!! owner should take more interest / add breakfast and add minimal things like equipping room with tea / coffee maker

Staff is super friendly. Very quiet at night and law enforcement seems to stop by frequently at night which makes things feel very safe. Suring the day the shops have a 99¢ store, autozone, 3 different restaurants, a starbucks, dominoe's a gas station within a 5 min walk. In the same intersection there is also a 24hour cvs, 24hour fitness and chase bank and 3 different gas stations. For added convenience the freeway is right there too! Everytime i stay here i have been welcomed with a friendly smile. Really does feel like they left the light on for me. Kinda makes me wish my renovations would last a while longer.

Great staff, clean rooms, clean bathroom and a safe location to be at peace. I will definitely visit them again in the future. Super friendly and accomodating staff who easily make you feel at ease .

I Paid over the internet. They Collected $178 from My Bank Account . ✨And, Then Demanded $191 dollars In CASH for two days . . . . ! ✨ I Tried To Call Several Motel 6 numbers , And, They Are Refusing To Cancel My Online Payment in-time . I Believe I Paid Double, Almost $400 dollars for two daYs!!!

I checked in and turned around and a line of people were complaining about no hot water. I turned back around to the clerk and asked for a refund as I di not need a room with no hot water. She informed me that she could do nothing about the wrong she just did me. I would have to wait and get a refund if then at ten am for some reason. I went to the room and the tv did not work there was no heat and the sink was clogged and nasty. I asked for another room but they said sold out and lied and said there would be hot water in the morning. They let me know how much I was appreciated when they laughed at me for complaining about freezing and being dirty in the morning. Avoid this disaster.
