Excellent hotel! Conveniently located close to the center, with paid parking on site, and great amenities. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I totally recommend it and would love to visit again!

Always use a Marriott hotel. This one was very disappointing. We made our reservation 2 months ago with a request for a top floor and away from the elevator and it would be a late check-in. We arrived at 9pm, only to get 3rd floor and across from the elevator. We were also not told it was a handicap room. Room was clean but disappointed. Only a handheld shower head because of the handicap room but the shower head was falling off the wall. Shampoo bottles not able to read. Pillows too soft. And no tea bags. They only provide coffee, which we don't drink. Front desk told me I had to go to market and buy a tea bag The hotel was under renovation. The exercise room did not have wipes to clean equipment and some of the equipment was not working properly. Upon leaving, poor customer service as they never asked how I stay was. Not sure I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at! We did our wedding block here at this hotel and everything was top notch. The customer service and Sue Gallogly were excellent, they treat their hotel guests right. Also, the location is great too. I highly recommend the hotel for a night stay or to use as a wedding block!

I want to first give a shout out to the friendly front desk staff! They were all super nice, outgoing, and legit looked like they wanted to be there for work. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, there is parking, plenty in the lot that is connected and the streets. The issue I had with my room was the noise, I was facing the street so very late there were sirens, loud music and all of that going on BUT it didn't bother me as much as how loud the air and heating system was. If you kept it off it was almost like an oven in the room but if you put it in auto it can wake you up in the middle of the night several times LOL. The only major issue I had was the housekeeping. When I checked in I opted to get cleaning daily but when I confirmed the next day as I was leaving for the day they said I wasn't on the list. I stay at hotels instead of AirBNBs so I can have somehow clean the room, replace the towels, make my bed, and I can come back ready to relax. Unfortunately this is where they failed. Aside from that the location is close to some shops, a block away from the convention center, and I would stay again.

We stayed for a Saturday in October. Costs felt a little elevated, but we did book last minute. It was on par with a typical Marriott. Everything was about as expected. We were right next to the elevators, which is always noisy. Bed was comfy enough and our room had a couch for some extra space. View overlooking the hotel driveway/circle. Location of the hotel was perfect. It was a few minutes walk to Providence Place and a short Uber to the Roger Williams Zoo.
