There were a few things that could have been done differently but overall this was a 10/10 vacation for us. We had wonderful tour guides who provided great information about the Island. It provided us with another opportunity to fellowship with family and get educated at the same time. Until the next vacation - ALOHA & MAHALO OHANA

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and up to date. The service is excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the surprise bill when checking out. We had pre-paid and thus a little caught off guard by the resort fee/taxes tab when checking out. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very comfortable - it was all that we were looking for. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, which was easily walk-able. I loved being able to rent chairs and beach towels as part of the resort fee. Really enjoyed the pool and they made drinks that pack a punch at the Swim bar. Our teen kids used the gym daily. We enjoyed the many food options on site, including a few gluten free choices for our guests who have Celiac disease. It was wonderful being within a half mile of tons of restaurants - all were walk-able and delicious. We stayed at the Hyatt after 5 peaceful days on the North Shore so this was a perfect end to our trip!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will be back! Rooms were clean. Top notch amenities. They could probably replace a couple of the rusted elliptical machines but everything was great. Friendly staff and great food. Shop and eateries were conveniently located under the hotel. Only downside was that I had to cross the street to get to the beach but not a big concern as I still liked the location.
