Wyndham Garden Jacksonville

I paid for a King but received a double. The back door key door opener doesn't work after midnight, I wanted to watch TV, no signal the system was updating so no good Wi-Fi after midnight bummer.. Tried to watch TV in the morning still no signal ( How long does it take for the System to update ?? It's after 8 am. Great thing is Dave and Buster's is around the corner.

Ours was a quick overnight stay and it was great for that. We arrived late and checkin was quick and we were able to get a good night's rest and continue our trip the next day. We will stay overnight again on our way home. I have one complaint and that is the pillows are way too big to sleep on! Otherwise? Great!

Excellent hotel, right off highway , courteous staff, fast check-in, clean and has an excellent restaurant attached. Plenty of parking, spacious rooms. The value here was amazing especially as a stopover on a long trip. There is a lso a great zoo nearby.

The hotel was clean and in a nice area. We enjoyed dinner at a restaurant close by, they were several restaurants around and the hotel also have a nice restaurant on site. The staff made check in really easy for us, you can actually upload Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean and with plenty towels for the three of us. The hotel facilities were quiet and clean and the area around looked nice.

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful with any issues I had with our reservation. The room was clean and ample room to move around in. The bathroom would not shut all the way. I told the staff when I was checking out and they made a note of it.
