Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was good. Valet parking was expensive and this was not called out in the description.

I stayed here during spring break. The hotel room, free breakfast, and bar was pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located w/in walking distance from the mall, movies and restaurants. I gave it a 3 b/c we valet parked our car and unfortunately it returned with several dints on the side of the door. I know the valet did it b-c the car was brand new. I would not recommend paying the price or valeting if you have a newer car. If you have to valet I recommend taking pictures/video of your car before turning over the keys.

Loved staying here the accessibility to everything was a big plus, specially walking to The Americana on Brand. We enjoyed our leisure walks and always managed to pick up food, coffee or quicks dessert delights. Hotel was very clean and staff were very courteous and welcoming!

One of the best hyatts. Very clean and friendly staff. I think my friend and i were more shocked at how amazingly nice and accosting the staff was Thank you very much. I will definitely be back in the future. Also a perfect location and walking distance to so many things.
