We stop on a very long road trip, it was at 9:30 pm and I was so tired. We got to our room. Bed: comfortable to sleep I slept very comfortably and quick. The only bad thing is the confusing remote and the on/off A of the lamp For me personally I like it

I had a very terrible visit as I am a current member to IHG. Joanne & shea gave some very sad customer service. They were extremely unhelpful and rude & I would never ever spend another minute there. I hope this reaches management because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

The front desk staff were awesome, giving us a special rate because we were there for a football game. They also recommended two close restaurants. Room was clean and adequate and the breakfast was a full spread.

We recently stayed here for the second time, and once again found the hotel convenient to the interstate, quiet, and blessed with an enjoyable indoor pool and hot tub. However, two things went wrong on this visit that are noteworthy. First, the electrical outlets in our room were so loose that our phones and laptop could not maintain a good connection. Overnight, the laptop went down from 100% to 3%. If you are plugging in, we strongly recommend that you check your charge before doing so, and perhaps 15 minutes later. Secondly, there were bulbs out on the security lights in the parking lot, which was so dark that my wife felt uncomfortable walking out to the car. Here it should be noted that there is very little parking in front of the hotel, and the lot on the west side of the building is especially dark. We brought both of these failings up with management, and encourage others to do so as well.

The first thing we noticed upon entering our room was the musty and mildewish odor. And it felt wet, if that makes sense. Someone else's clothing items were left under the vanity, which means it was not cleaned properly. We had our service dog with us. And because she barked at a woman, they charged my credit card an extra $35. Making the total for our stay $184.60. They didn't tell me they were adding this charge. I do not believe that is an ethical or very professional thing to do. Nala is a seizure alert dog, although they chose to believe something else. Won't be returning to ANY Holiday Inn.
